Rabentochter - Teil 25„Mit Auto sind sie aber zu schnell und ich muss eher da sein, wenn ich zu spät bin ist's egal, wie viel zu spät ich ankomme!“, gab sie angestrengt zurück.  Ein paar plötzliche Windböen warfen sie wild zu Seite, sodass es ihr schwer fiel das Tempo zu halten.  „Ich hoffe du weißt, was du da tust…“, schnarrte Nain hinter ihr mehr zu sich selbst.  Susan verließ die Route der Autobahn und flatterte zunächst direkt auf den Kern des Örtchens zu. Von dort aus war sie sich sicher den Weg auch aus der Luft zu finden, sie kannte dort schließlich jede Straße sc Rabentochter - Teil 25

Rabentochter - Teil 24Das konnte sie nicht zulassen, nicht nachdem sie diese seltsamen Instinkte bekommen hatte.  Irgendwie war ihr klar, dass das alles mehr als abnormal war, gestern noch war alles in bester Ordnung gewesen und eine Tasse Tee am Abend hatte für sie die ganze Welt verändert.  Und dieser seltsame Arzt… Jessa war sich noch sehr unsicher was ihn betraf, sie traute ihm nicht weiter über dem Weg als ihrer Schnabelspitze. Dennoch schien er auf seine eigene Weise höchst seltsam zu sein, fast als bewunderte er die Wesen, zu denen sie selbst, Nain, Susan, Victor und Gott wusste wer noch geworden waren.  Nun gut, in i Rabentochter - Teil 24

Bella, horrida BellaMühsam quälten sich die Legionäre durch die finstere, erdrückende Wand aus mächtigen Baumstämmen, die in den Olymp selbst zu ragen schienen. Der Boden war matschig vom eiskalten strömenden Regen und stark verwurzelt, durchwuchert von Moos und Büschen. Totes Holz und abgebrochene schwere Äste lagen in Mengen zu Füßen der mächtigen Bäume, als würde die Natur den römischen Soldaten Hindernisse entgegenwerfen. Das nasse Laub am Boden machte es schwer die zahlreichen Sümpfe wirklich zu erkennen die überall verteilt lagen. Ein sachter Nebel hing zwischen dem dichte Bella, horrida Bella

Had been a looong time...

... since my last journal-update :)
My PC is once again broken and refuses to work. The only thing it does when I turn it off is peeping, all day all night all long... And nothing else, no BIOS, no "Send error report" button ;) Damn thing, but this is the last time that this little fu**** made me become desperate!
In a few weeks I will have enough cash to buy a new one, and than it's time to say goodbye to my six years old comrade ;)

Anyway, "our" (my and terralux's) stories on writing.com getting longer and longer, and also better and better. And so does my novel I'm working at ;)
I'm also close to get my driver license, I'm getting a new computer, Tropico 3 hopefully will be fully programmed this year, the weather is fine, I also got a ticket for "Rock in Park"...
Just like Don Hertzfeld says in one of his scetches "Life is... GOOD!" ;)
Also I've got tagged by :iconterralux: , but I not dear to write the stuff also in english, I've made enough grammatical failures on the text above :lol:

Und jetzt für die wenigen Deutschen die sich hier her verirren ;)
Mein PC ist mal wieder rebellierend zusammengebrochen und bringt mich um den Verstand. Das Scheißteil piepst nur regelmäßig wenn ich es anschalte, BIOS startet es nicht, bzw. ich sehe nicht's auf dem bildschirm, da des Teil gar nicht auf den zugreift...
Aber in ein paar Wochen werde ich genug Geld zusammenhaben um mir einen neuen zu kaufen, und dann heist es "¡adiós! la computadora!" ;)

Die Geschichten die Terralux und ich auf writing.com begonnen haben werden immer länger und besser, entwickeln sich einfach schön prächtig :) Und es macht immer noch einen höllenspaß weitere kapitel dazu zu schreiben, und zu sehen, wie sich die "Dinge entwickeln" ;)
Ich werde bald meinen Führerschein machen, kaufe mir bald einen neuen PC, Tropico 3 wird dieses Jahr 'rauskommen, das Wetter ist endlich frühlings / sommerhaft, ich hab ein Hard Ticket für Rock im Park...
Es ist wie in dem ends-lustigen Scetch von Don Hertzfeld: "Life is... GOOD!" ;)

1) Ich habe gelegentlich diktatorische Herrschaftsideen und -pläne, aber ich glaub das merkt man schon an meinem ava ;)
2) Ich bin ein großer "Fan" von Cuba und der Geschichte dieser Insel, von José Martí bis dato :)
3) ... und kann trotzdem so gut wie kein Wort spanisch ;)
4) Mein zweites Kreativbüchlein ist auch schon wieder so gut wie voll.
5) Ich werde morgen 18! :P
6) Ich schreibe gerade an meinem ersten Roman, und allmählich mach ich sogar richtig gute Fortschritte damit ;)
7) Ich hab ein ausgezeichnetes Langzeitgedächtnis, beim Kurzzeitgedächtnis sieht's da schon anders aus :lol:
8) Manchmal kann man mich ein wenig mit 'ner Elster vergleichen... Es gibt allerlei Schnick-Schnack den ich unbedingt haben will, selbst wenn er mir eigentlich nix bringt, aber ich MUSS es haben ;) ...Und stellenweise bin ich auch genauso ehrlich wie die Elstern aus den Fabeln :P

no problem, I looked for some centauress-pics as learning-examples for my future photo manipulations (mostly also putting humans on animal body parts, 'cause it's pretty tricky to do, and helps to get some sensitiveness with your graphic-program ;))

And so I stumbled over your pic, and thought "wow, thats well done!" and faved it :)
Hm... got any hints in making centaurs? :)

Thank you for the commendation and good luck with your future photomanipulations ;-)

I'm not sure if I have many hints in making centaurs. Perhaps some important things are: not to fear to use MANY layers and to combine elements from many different images, play with modes (multiply, soft light, luminosity, ...) and be careful when combining your creation with background (shades, lights, reflections; the image shouldn't look like floating in the air - I always have problems with it ;-) ).

If you would like any other help or if you had a tip for me, I'm always listening ;-)

Ist ja auch ein wirklich gut gewordener Greif, ich mag den Stil mit dem er gezeichnet wurde, eine Art detailliert-skizzenhaft-Mix.Der Schnabel absolute Klasse und der Blick von ihm ist genial!

Was a pleasure, no problem! Your gryphon is drawn in a way, I very liked, some sort of detailed-rough-stile. The beak absolutely well done, and his/its glance is just awesome xD
